Mohsen Parviz in an interview with IBNA also said that the secretary and the jury of the 12th episode of the Golden Pen Award are already appointed, according to Iran Book News Agency.
Parviz pointed out that the closing ceremony of the event will be held on July 5, 2022. The jury are supposed to review the works in April and March.
In the past two rounds of the cultural event, the judges have emphasized the need to separate the works written for children from those written for adolescents, which has not yet been possible due to financial circumstances, he noted.
The Iran Pen Society established the Golden Pen Award in Iran twenty years ago. The now annual event celebrates best in poetry, fiction, research and literary criticism by offering its prestigious awards on the National Pen Day.
