Dotaqi pointed to signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) and also the three-year-old cultural exchanges between Iran and Bulgaria in post-JCPOA era, saying the mutual trips taken by both countries’ officials show development of relations in all fields, IRNA wrote.
Iran can invite Bulgarian publishers to 2018 Tehran International Book Fair, he added.
The Iranian diplomat also expressed Iran’s interest to be the special guest in Sofia International Book Fair.
During the meeting, both sides discussed further cultural cooperation such as holding ceremonies for the 120th anniversary of Iran-Bulgaria diplomatic ties and the 70th anniversary of launching cultural cooperation.
