“A Hero” will be screened along with 17 other feature films and two classic movies.
The Varilux French Film Festival kicked off its 2022 edition on June 21 and will run until July 6 in Brazil.
The event brings together award-winning films at international festivals and box office hits in France.
Not all directors are French. Twice Oscar winner, Iranian Asghar Farhadi is present in the selection with a French co-production: “A Hero”, winner of the Grand Prix at the Cannes Film Festival in 2021.
