The acclaimed Iranian short film “Animal” has brought its directors, Bahram and Bahman Ark, the best director award of the Curta Cinema Festival, an international short film festival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The film tells the story of a man who attempts to cross a frontier disguised as a ram.
The festival was held from November 1 to 8.
“Animal” was picked the best film at the 34th Tehran International Short Film Festival in October, 2017, it was also named best short at the 19th Iran Cinema Celebration in September.
