Cinematographer Thierry Auge, film expert Emmanuel Grimaud, and ethnomusicologists Ariane Zevaco and Sandrine Loncke, all from France, are other members of the jury.
Oskui’s acclaimed documentary “Starless Dreams” won the festival’s grand prix Nanook in 2016.
The festival will be held from November 8 to 18.
