The Golden Oak for the best director in the international competition was presented to Atefeh Rahmani for her short film “Golden Time”.
The film tells the story of a couple who abduct a child for their dubious political intentions.
Iranian cinematographer Hassan Aslani received the Golden Oak for the best cinematographer for his collaboration in “For You I Was Made a Pomegranate Seed” by Jamil Mafakheri, while “The Concept of My Contamination” by Zaniar Mohammadiniku won the Golden Oak for the best short animated movie.
Iranian documentarian Hassan Naqashi was one of the jury members of the festival.
